One of the most inspiring authors who changed my life and shifted my mindset when I was a teenager was Catherine Ponder. I still have her books and often lovingly dip back into them. Here is a wonderful quote which reminds us about the true meaning of riches and prosperity!

Hi, I have just recently been inteoducrd to EFT by a colleague and have read through the manual and really want to make it? work for me. I have a problem where I think I have surpressed my emotions and so I find it difficult to tune in and build up a powerful emotion. I also believe this comes from my family and not being allowed to display emotion, it was not done in my family. When I’m in the bad situation I can feel things but trying to recreate them I struggle with but I know they’re there.
Cristina, EFT will definitely work for you – but mainly if you keep open and CURIOUS rather than judgmental about yourself as you try it. In my experience the best way to begin is with another person who knows how it works – preferably a trained EFT therapist but even a friend who has gotten results will make all the difference.
